Son nom, pourtant, ne s\u2019est pas v\u00e9ritablement inscrit dans l\u2019histoire aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de ceux de Iouri Gagarine ou Neil Armstrong.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Nous sommes le 15\u00a0juin 1963. Les Russes ont lanc\u00e9 conjointement les deux vaisseaux spatiaux <em>Vostok\u00a05<\/em> et <em>6<\/em> pour un vol jumel\u00e9. Dans l\u2019un d\u2019entre eux, la robuste Valentina Terechkova, parachutiste d\u2019essai surnomm\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0la Mouette\u00a0\u00bb, \u00e9tablit la liaison radio avec son homologue masculin. \u00ab\u00a0Nous naviguons \u00e0 une distance rapproch\u00e9e. Les Russes marquent un nouveau point dans la course \u00e0 l\u2019espace. Il faut n\u00e9anmoins attendre dix-neuf ans pour qu\u2019une seconde femme aille dans l\u2019espace. Ils \u00e9taient quatre, on ne sait pas lequel fut l\u2019\u00e9lu\u2026 ou la victime\u00a0! Le test \u00e9tait d\u2019essayer de concevoir le premier enfant de l\u2019espace\u2026 De retour sur Terre, Svetlana d\u00e9clara que pendant ce vol \u00ab\u00a0elle s\u2019\u00e9tait bien amus\u00e9e\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb, sans donner plus de pr\u00e9cisions, et elle n\u2019aborda plus le sujet par la suite. Elle \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 mari\u00e9e avec un pilote d\u2019essai, avec lequel elle eut deux filles bien apr\u00e8s l\u2019exp\u00e9rience. Le deuxi\u00e8me vol de Judith lui fut h\u00e9las fatal. Le 28\u00a0janvier 1986, la navette spatiale <em>Challenger<\/em> explose soixante-treize secondes apr\u00e8s son lancement, tuant une autre passag\u00e8re, la jeune et courageuse institutrice Christa McAuliffe, avec cinq camarades masculins. Catastrophe un an plus tard dans\u00a0 l&#8217;explosion de la navette Challenger<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La physiologie f\u00e9minine a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9e \u00e0 bord de la station spatiale russe <em>Mir<\/em>, mais les s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 beaucoup moins nombreuses que les hommes, la station \u00e9tant principalement adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne masculine. Le plus long s\u00e9jour d\u2019une femme \u00e0 bord de <em>Mir<\/em> est le fait d\u2019une astronaute am\u00e9ricaine pour un vol de sept mois, juste devant celui de la Russe Yelena Kondakova, venue passer six mois pour encadrer la fin du vol \u00ab marathon \u00bb d\u2019un an et deux mois du Dr Polyakov, en 1995. Franchement elle aurait mieux fait de rester l\u00e0-haut plut\u00f4t que de revenir sur Terre en plein d\u00e9but de parano\u00efa covidienne.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La premi\u00e8re et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent unique spationaute fran\u00e7aise a \u00e9t\u00e9 la distingu\u00e9e Claudie Andr\u00e9-Deshays, m\u00e9decin et biologiste. Elle a accompli une mission de seize jours dans la station <em>Mir<\/em> en 1996, puis une de neuf jours dans la station internationale en 2001. Prix du billet\u00a0: 20\u00a0millions de dollars\u00a0!
