La raison souvent invoqu\u00e9e est la r\u00e9union de cinq constantes fondamentales : les \u00e9l\u00e9ments neutres de l&#8217;addition (0) et de la multiplication (1), la myst\u00e9rieuse racine carr\u00e9e de -1 (i) et les deux nombres transcendants les plus rencontr\u00e9es (e et pi).
