Les \u00e9quilibres de Nash sont les issues du jeu o\u00f9 aucun joueur ne regrettera son choix <em>a posteriori<\/em>. Prenons l\u2019exemple de la course aux armements du temps de la guerre froide. Les \u00c9tats-Unis comme la Russie gagnent \u00e0 ne pas d\u00e9penser leur argent inutilement mais ils perdent d\u2019arr\u00eater la course si l\u2019autre la poursuit.
