Les gouttes d\u2019eau qui les composent g\u00e8lent et se transforment en petits cristaux de glace en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de forme hexagonale. En traversant ces cristaux les rayons solaires subissent plusieurs r\u00e9flexions et ressortent selon certains angles, produisant ainsi des halos solaires.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2017\/03\/halo_solaire.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[7444]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-7445\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2017\/03\/halo_solaire-450x304.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"304\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2017\/03\/halo_solaire-450x304.jpg 450w, https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2017\/03\/halo_solaire-768x519.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2017\/03\/halo_solaire-1024x691.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2017\/03\/halo_solaire.jpg 1330w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Celui que l\u2019on observe sur cette image (volontairement contrast\u00e9e) forme un cercle\u00a0de 44\u00b0\u00a0centr\u00e9 sur le <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/2016\/03\/09\/en-video-leclipse-totale-de-soleil-du-9-mars-2016\/\" target=\"_blank\">Soleil <\/a>; on parle d\u2019un halo de 22\u00b0 (son rayon) ou petit halo. Il est beaucoup plus rarement entour\u00e9 d\u2019un halo de 46\u00b0 (lui aussi centr\u00e9 sur le Soleil) appel\u00e9 \u00e9galement grand halo.<!--more--><span id=\"more-5702\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Parfois, lorsque le Soleil est assez bas sur l\u2019horizon et qu\u2019il est voil\u00e9 par des cirrus, on distingue sur le petit halo une ou deux zones lumineuses dispos\u00e9es horizontalement de part et d\u2019autre de notre \u00e9toile : il s\u2019agit d\u2019un parh\u00e9lie.
