{"id":6306,"date":"2016-09-06T05:20:06","date_gmt":"2016-09-06T05:20:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/?p=6306"},"modified":"2016-09-13T17:16:04","modified_gmt":"2016-09-13T17:16:04","slug":"nouveau-filament-geant-observable-soleil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/2016\/09\/06\/nouveau-filament-geant-observable-soleil\/","title":{"rendered":"Un nouveau filament g\u00e9ant observable sur le Soleil"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Astronomes amateurs et observatoires professionnels suivent depuis quelques jours le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un tr\u00e8s grand filament solaire.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les \u00a0filaments se composent de mati\u00e8re solaire (hydrog\u00e8ne, calcium et quelques m\u00e9taux sous forme gazeuse), environ 100 fois plus froide et plus dense que le reste de la couronne solaire, cette derni\u00e8re n\u2019\u00e9tant visible qu\u2019au moment d\u2019une <a title=\"Soleil noir le 11 ao\u00fbt 1999\" href=\"https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/2014\/08\/11\/soleil-noir-11-aout-1999\/\" target=\"_blank\">\u00e9clipse totale<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"more-1857\"><\/span>Ces filaments sont maintenus en suspension par de puissants champs magn\u00e9tiques, de telle sorte qu\u2019un hypoth\u00e9tique observateur plac\u00e9 \u00e0 la surface du <a title=\"Coucher de Soleil tach\u00e9\" href=\"https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/2014\/08\/04\/coucher-soleil-tache\/\" target=\"_blank\">Soleil <\/a>verrait ces filaments comme un mur.<\/p>\n\n<!-- iframe plugin v.5.1 wordpress.org\/plugins\/iframe\/ -->\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" frameborder=\"0\" width=\"480\" height=\"270\" src=\"\/\/www.dailymotion.com\/embed\/video\/x2hb4go\" 0=\"allowfullscreen&gt;&lt;\/iframe\" scrolling=\"yes\" class=\"iframe-class\"><\/iframe>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>En vid\u00e9o : de superbes images du Soleil pour f\u00eater les 5 ans du satellite SDO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On ne peut observer les filaments solaires que dans certaines longueurs d\u2019onde, comme la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre raie H alpha (centr\u00e9e sur 656,3 nanom\u00e8tres), caract\u00e9ristique de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne ionis\u00e9. C\u2019est ce que fait en continu l\u2019observatoire spatial <a title=\"SDO\" href=\"http:\/\/sdo.gsfc.nasa.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\">SDO <\/a>(<em>Solar Dynamics Observatory<\/em>) qui photographie notre \u00e9toile dans diff\u00e9rentes longueurs d\u2019onde depuis qu\u2019il a \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9 en f\u00e9vrier 2010 sur une orbite g\u00e9osynchrone (36.000 km au-dessus de la Terre).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2016\/09\/filament2.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[6306]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-6308\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2016\/09\/filament2-450x418.jpg\" alt=\"filament2\" width=\"450\" height=\"418\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2016\/09\/filament2-450x418.jpg 450w, https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2016\/09\/filament2-768x714.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2016\/09\/filament2-1024x951.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2016\/09\/filament2.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Il existe des lunettes \u00e9quip\u00e9es de filtres H alpha qui permettent aux astronomes de suivre ces filaments. Celui qu&#8217;a photographi\u00e9 \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/spaceweathergallery.com\/indiv_upload.php?upload_id=129054\" target=\"_blank\">Mike Taormina<\/a> le 3 septembre dernier mesure 450.000 kilom\u00e8tres de long, bien plus que la distance qui nous s\u00e9pare de la <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/2016\/08\/16\/jeune-croissant-de-lune-lac-de-rille\/\" target=\"_blank\">Lune<\/a>. \u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Quand la rotation du <a title=\"15 images pour d\u00e9tailler un lever de Soleil\" href=\"https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/2015\/03\/14\/15-images-pour-detailler-un-lever-de-soleil\/\" target=\"_blank\">Soleil <\/a>entra\u00eene ces filaments sur le bord, on les surnomme alors des protub\u00e9rances.<\/p>\n<p>Comme les <a title=\"AR 2321, un important groupe de taches solaires\" href=\"https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/2015\/04\/13\/ar-2321-un-important-groupe-de-taches-solaires\/\" target=\"_blank\">taches solaires<\/a>, les filaments et les protub\u00e9rances sont parfois \u00e0 l\u2019origine d\u2019\u00e9jections de masse coronale : les particules \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques solaires sont alors projet\u00e9es dans l\u2019espace et leur arriv\u00e9e dans l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re terrestre est \u00e0 l\u2019origine des <a title=\"En vid\u00e9o : la danse des aurores bor\u00e9ales sur l\u2019Alaska\" href=\"https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/2015\/03\/19\/en-video-la-danse-des-aurores-boreales-sur-lalaska\/\" target=\"_blank\">aurores bor\u00e9ales<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame s\u2019il est imposant, ce filament est encore loin d\u2019\u00e9galer la taille de celui qui est apparu au d\u00e9but du mois d\u2019octobre 2014 (sa longueur avait \u00e9t\u00e9 estim\u00e9e \u00e0 1,6 million de kilom\u00e8tres).<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Astronomes amateurs et observatoires professionnels suivent depuis quelques jours le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un tr\u00e8s grand filament solaire.
