Il y a un an cet astronome amateur avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 photographi\u00e9 un <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/2015\/01\/25\/incroyable-triple-transit-de-satellites-devant-jupiter\/\" target=\"_blank\">incroyable triple transit de satellites devant Jupiter<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Cette photographie permet d&#8217;admirer les diff\u00e9rentes bandes gazeuses qui ceinturent la plan\u00e8te. Ces bandes, parcourues par des vents violents qui peuvent atteindre 600 km\/h, n&#8217;ont pas toutes la m\u00eame teinte.<\/p>\n<p>Ces diff\u00e9rences de couleurs s&#8217;expliquent par l&#8217;altitude et la composition chimique des nuages : on trouve dans l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re de la plan\u00e8te de l&#8217;hydrog\u00e8ne (90%) et de l&#8217;h\u00e9lium (10%) avec des traces d\u2019ammoniac, de m\u00e9thane et de vapeur d\u2019eau. La combinaison de ces gaz soumis au rayonnement solaire produit diff\u00e9rents compos\u00e9s responsables des variations de couleurs. L\u2019hydrog\u00e9nosulfure d\u2019ammonium par exemple, un m\u00e9lange de sulfure d&#8217;hydrog\u00e8ne et d&#8217;ammoniac, est \u00e0 l&#8217;origine de la couleur ocre des nuages.<\/p>\n<p>On note \u00e9galement sur cette image la pr\u00e9sence de la Grande Tache Rouge qui fut d\u00e9couverte en 1665 par Jean-Dominique Cassini, l&#8217;astronome \u00e0 qui Louis XIV confia la direction de l&#8217;Observatoire de Paris 6 ans plus tard.
