Il faut donc pr\u00e9voir r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement la r\u00e9fection de la couche d&#8217;aluminure r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissante.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->C&#8217;est ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec le miroir primaire du t\u00e9lescope Baade. L&#8217;op\u00e9ration a \u00e9t\u00e9 film\u00e9e en acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 (on parle alors de <em>time-lapse<\/em>), r\u00e9sumant en 1,5 minute ce qui a dur\u00e9 en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 5 jours.<\/p>\n\n<!-- iframe plugin v.5.1 wordpress.org\/plugins\/iframe\/ -->\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/JH3H3fXduVI\" frameborder=\"0\" 0=\"allowfullscreen\" scrolling=\"yes\" class=\"iframe-class\"><\/iframe>\n\n<p>Le miroir primaire est tout d&#8217;abord enlev\u00e9 du t\u00e9lescope puis transport\u00e9 dans un atelier d&#8217;optique. On lave la surface puis on supprime l&#8217;ancienne aluminure \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une solution acide. On relave ensuite le verre brut avant de placer le miroir dans la chambre d&#8217;aluminure o\u00f9 il re\u00e7oit un nouveau traitement. Il ne reste plus ensuite qu&#8217;\u00e0 le r\u00e9installer pour de nouvelles observations.<\/p>\n<p>Douze personnes, dirig\u00e9es par Povilas Palunas, responsable des optiques du t\u00e9lescope, ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;op\u00e9ration.
