Voici quelques conseils pour localiser la derni\u00e8re plan\u00e8te du Syst\u00e8me solaire.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5>Lointaine plan\u00e8te :<\/h5>\n<p>Neptune est la huiti\u00e8me et derni\u00e8re plan\u00e8te du Syst\u00e8me solaire. Elle est la seule dont l\u2019existence avait \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9dite par le calcul avant d\u2019\u00eatre observ\u00e9e. Au XIXe si\u00e8cle, deux astronomes ont imagin\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sence d&#8217;une plan\u00e8te alors inconnue pour expliquer les perturbations de l\u2019orbite d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/2022\/11\/08\/08-novembre-en-asie-on-a-admire-une-eclipse-de-lune-et-duranus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Uranus<\/a>. L&#8217;Anglais John Couch Adams (en 1843) et le Fran\u00e7ais Urbain Le Verrier (en 1846) ont alors calcul\u00e9 sa position th\u00e9orique. Neptune a finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e le 23 septembre 1846 par l\u2019astronome allemand Johann Gottfried Galle. Cette couleur provient du m\u00e9thane pr\u00e9sent dans l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re de la plan\u00e8te. Avec un diam\u00e8tre \u00e9quatorial proche de 50.000 kilom\u00e8tres, on la range dans la famille des g\u00e9antes gazeuses, tout comme <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/2024\/06\/19\/jupiter-lage-de-la-grande-tache-rouge-remis-en-cause\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jupiter<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/2024\/09\/13\/saturne-dix-ans-dimagerie-depuis-un-balcon-lyonnais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Saturne<\/a>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h5>Comment la localiser :<\/h5>\n<p>Comme elle est tr\u00e8s \u00e9loign\u00e9e (presque 30 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.futura-sciences.com\/sciences\/definitions\/univers-unite-astronomique-63\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UA<\/a>), Neptune reste longtemps dans les constellations qu&#8217;elle traverse. Elle est entr\u00e9e dans les Poissons l&#8217;an pass\u00e9 et n&#8217;en sortira pas avant 2040. Mais les astronomes \u00e9tudient son atmosph\u00e8re avec des t\u00e9lescopes terrestres, notamment depuis le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.keckobservatory.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Keck Observatory<\/em><\/a>.
