Cet astronome amateur coordonne en France les observations de Jupiter dans le cadre de la mission <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/2016\/06\/12\/mission-juno-astronomes-amateurs-y-participent\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Juno<\/a>. R\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, de petits corps c\u00e9lestes (com\u00e8tes ou ast\u00e9ro\u00efdes) sont captur\u00e9s par la g\u00e9ante gazeuse et finissent par s\u2019y \u00e9craser. La plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bre collision a \u00e9t\u00e9 celle de la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.futura-sciences.com\/sciences\/actualites\/astronomie-il-y-26-ans-astronomes-observaient-violente-collision-comete-jupiter-19969\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">com\u00e8te Shoemaker-Levy 9<\/a> en 1994.
