Le spectacle a \u00e9t\u00e9 film\u00e9 par un amateur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5>Impressionnant bolide :<\/h5>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/2023\/08\/03\/en-video-pluie-de-bolides-dans-le-ciel-de-californie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pluie de bolides<\/a> fin juillet, un nouveau ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne lumineux s&#8217;est produit dans le ciel des USA. Comme le rapporte le site <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spaceweather.com\/archive.php?view=1&amp;day=03&amp;month=08&amp;year=2023\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Spaceweather<\/em><\/a>, un morceau de com\u00e8te s&#8217;est d\u00e9sint\u00e9gr\u00e9. Le spectacle a eu lieu le 2 ao\u00fbt en fin de nuit. Par chance, malgr\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sence de la <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/2023\/03\/07\/la-pleine-lune-du-mois-de-mars-et-loiseau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pleine Lune<\/a>, l&#8217;astronome amateur Bill Stewart \u00e9tait dans son observatoire. Plusieurs dizaines d&#8217;entre eux ont signal\u00e9 l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e0 l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amsmeteors.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>American Meteor Society<\/em><\/a>. Au maximum d&#8217;\u00e9clat, l&#8217;objet \u00e9tait bien plus brillant que la Pleine Lune que l&#8217;on voit au-dessus.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h5>Un morceau de com\u00e8te :<\/h5>\n<p>Selon Bill Cooke du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nasa.gov\/offices\/meo\/home\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Meteoroid Environment Office<\/a>, les donn\u00e9es recueillies laissent penser qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un morceau de com\u00e8te. Il pesait une douzaine de kilos pour un diam\u00e8tre d&#8217;une trentaine de centim\u00e8tres. Le m\u00e9t\u00e9oro\u00efde a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 se consumer \u00e0 une altitude d&#8217;environ 80 kilom\u00e8tres au-dessus de la ville de Krypton (Kentucky). Fon\u00e7ant \u00e0 60.000 km\/heure, il a parcouru une centaine de kilom\u00e8tres dans l&#8217;atmosph\u00e8re avant de se d\u00e9sint\u00e9grer au-dessus de Duffield (Virginie).
