Matson en Californie et Michael Mattiazzo en Australie en analysant des\u00a0images r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par la cam\u00e9ra Swan du satellite solaire <a title=\"SOHO\" href=\"http:\/\/sohowww.nascom.nasa.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\">SOHO<\/a>. Elle est pass\u00e9e au p\u00e9rih\u00e9lie (sa plus courte distance au <a title=\"Soleil noir le 11 ao\u00fbt 1999\" href=\"https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/2014\/08\/11\/soleil-noir-11-aout-1999\/\" target=\"_blank\">Soleil<\/a>)\u00a0le 28 septembre 2006 avant de s&#8217;en \u00e9loigner d\u00e9finitivement.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->C\/2006 M4 Swan et <a title=\"La com\u00e8te C\/2014 Q2 Lovejoy arrive\" href=\"https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/2014\/12\/18\/la-comete-c2014-q2-lovejoy-arrive\/\" target=\"_blank\">C\/2014 Q2 Lovejoy<\/a> ont bien des points communs : ce sont deux com\u00e8tes non p\u00e9riodiques qui sont pass\u00e9es \u00e0 moins d&#8217;une unit\u00e9 astronomique de la Terre. Au maximum de leur \u00e9clat elles \u00e9taient juste visibles \u00e0 l&#8217;oeil nu et leur aspect photographique est comparable : un noyau verd\u00e2tre (couleur typique du cyanog\u00e8ne) et une queue montrant de nombreuses torsades produites par des d\u00e9gazages irr\u00e9guliers du noyau soumis au vent solaire.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;astrophotographe autrichien\u00a0Gerald Rhemann s&#8217;est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 depuis plus de 25 ans dans la photographie des com\u00e8tes. Il observe le ciel dans les Alpes autrichiennes, mais aussi aux \u00eeles Canaries ou dans le d\u00e9sert de Namibie.
