Elle provenait d&#8217;une r\u00e9gion tr\u00e8s active sur notre \u00e9toile, la tache AR 2887. Les taches solaires sont des zones sombres (moins chaudes) qui apparaissent p\u00e9riodiquement \u00e0 la surface de notre \u00e9toile. Elles trahissent une intense activit\u00e9 magn\u00e9tique. Le maximum de ce cycle est attendu pour 2025. L&#8217;activit\u00e9 solaire peut d&#8217;ailleurs \u00eatre suivie quotidiennement sur le site am\u00e9ricain <a href=\"https:\/\/spaceweather.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>SpaceWeather<\/em><\/a>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h5>Chasseurs d&#8217;aurores d\u00e9\u00e7us :<\/h5>\n<p>Le flot de particules \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques \u00e9mises lors de l&#8217;\u00e9ruption solaire du 28 octobre n&#8217;a finalement pas frapp\u00e9 notre atmosph\u00e8re \u00e0 l&#8217;occasion d&#8217;Halloween. Il semble \u00eatre pass\u00e9 au Sud de l&#8217;axe Soleil-Terre, au grand regret des photographes. Nombreux sont ceux en effet qui esp\u00e9raient admirer des aurores spectaculaires. Plusieurs m\u00e9dias avaient d&#8217;ailleurs invit\u00e9 leurs lecteurs \u00e0 surveiller le ciel nocturne. Nous vivons \u00e0 une \u00e9poque formidable o\u00f9 nous pouvons \u00eatre pr\u00e9venus deux jours avant un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne potentiel. Mais pr\u00e9dire une temp\u00eate solaire reste un art extr\u00eamement difficile. Il m&#8217;est arriv\u00e9 tr\u00e8s souvent de partir suite \u00e0 une alerte et de ne rien observer finalement. Il y aura d&#8217;autres alertes et d&#8217;autres \u00e9checs, mais le jour o\u00f9 vous serez au rendez-vous d&#8217;un tel spectacle, vous serez heureux d&#8217;avoir fait preuve d&#8217;obstination. De plus, avec l&#8217;activit\u00e9 solaire croissante jusqu&#8217;en 2025, il y aura de plus en plus de possibilit\u00e9s d&#8217;admirer de belles aurores.
