Des cryovolcans en sont peut-\u00eatre responsables.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5>Astre chevelu impr\u00e9visible :<\/h5>\n<p>Le 15 novembre 1927, deux astronomes allemands, F. Schwassmann et A. Wachmann d\u00e9couvrent une com\u00e8te \u00e0 l&#8217;Observatoire de Hambourg (Allemagne). L&#8217;astre chevelu, surnomm\u00e9 29P\/S-W, orbite un peu au del\u00e0 de Jupiter, avec une p\u00e9riode de 14,7 ans. C&#8217;est une tr\u00e8s grosse com\u00e8te d&#8217;environ 60 kilom\u00e8tres de diam\u00e8tre. Mais ce qui intrigue les astronomes, ce sont les brusques sursauts d&#8217;\u00e9clat de la com\u00e8te. En quelques semaines, sa luminosit\u00e9 saute de la <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/2017\/05\/06\/quest-lechelle-magnitudes-astronomie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">magnitude<\/a> 16 \u00e0 la magnitude 10. Certaines ann\u00e9es, il y a eu jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 20 sursauts d&#8217;\u00e9clat. Ce myst\u00e9rieux comportement pourrait s&#8217;expliquer par une activit\u00e9 volcanique particuli\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<h5>Des \u00e9ruptions de glace :<\/h5>\n<p>Sur Terre, les volcans crachent de la lave, comme nous l&#8217;observons actuellement avec le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.futura-sciences.com\/planete\/actualites\/volcan-veritable-torrent-lave-deferle-ce-moment-ile-palma-5243\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cumbre Vieja<\/a> dans l&#8217;archipel des \u00celes Canaries. Mais il existe dans le Syst\u00e8me solaire une autre forme de volcanisme avec des volcans de glace. Bien qu&#8217;il soit inactif, <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/feldmann\/2019\/11\/19\/ahuna-mons-letonnant-cryovolcan-qui-se-dresse-sur-ceres\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Ahuna Mons<\/em><\/a> (sur l&#8217;ast\u00e9ro\u00efde C\u00e9r\u00e8s) en est un exemple. Un cryovolcan recrache des \u00e9l\u00e9ments volatils comme de l&#8217;eau, de l&#8217;ammoniac, du monoxyde de carbone ou du m\u00e9thane.
