Open Geosciences, 9, 1, 138-150.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2357\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/bardintzeff\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/06\/Mongo.Fig3_p2-263x450.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"301\" height=\"515\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/bardintzeff\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/06\/Mongo.Fig3_p2-263x450.jpg 263w, https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/bardintzeff\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/06\/Mongo.Fig3_p2-768x1312.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/bardintzeff\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/06\/Mongo.Fig3_p2-599x1024.jpg 599w, https:\/\/blogs.futura-sciences.com\/bardintzeff\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/06\/Mongo.Fig3_p2.jpg 939w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 301px) 100vw, 301px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Un dyke basaltique sombre (largeur = 65 cm) dans un encaissant clair (\u201ecountry rock\u201c = granite du massif de Gu\u00e9ra) dans la r\u00e9gion de Mongo au Tchad.<\/p>\n<p>Ces dykes mesurent plusieurs centaines de m\u00e8tres \u00e0 plusieurs kilom\u00e8tres de longueur, pour une largeur de plusieurs dizaines de centim\u00e8tres jusqu\u2019\u00e0 dix m\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n<p>Les roches pr\u00e9sentent une structure microgrenue, dol\u00e9ritique (cristaux de tailles diff\u00e9rentes), typique des filons d\u2019alimentation.<\/p>\n<p>Deux groupes se distinguent selon leurs compositions chimiques\u00a0: le Groupe 1 comprend des basaltes et des trachybasaltes (48,3 &#8211; 51,2 % SiO<sub>2<\/sub>, 2,5 &#8211; 3,7 % TiO<sub>2<\/sub>), alors que le Groupe 2 est form\u00e9 par des trachyand\u00e9sites basaltiques (52,1 &#8211; 55,1 % SiO<sub>2<\/sub>, 1,8 &#8211; 2,7 % TiO<sub>2<\/sub>).
