Bardintzeff).<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Voici ce que j\u2019\u00e9cris dans mon livre \u00ab\u00a0Volcanologie\u00a0\u00bb (Dunod, 5<sup>e<\/sup> \u00e9dition, 2016)\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>Les variations de la temp\u00e9rature et de la composition chimique des gaz volcaniques s\u2019av\u00e8rent \u00eatre des indicateurs efficaces de l\u2019activit\u00e9 d\u2019un volcan. Par exemple, avant et pendant une \u00e9ruption, les teneurs en CO et H<sub>2<\/sub>S augmentent. Les rapports CO\/CO<sub>2<\/sub>, H<sub>2<\/sub>S\/SO<sub>2<\/sub> et H<sub>2<\/sub>\/H<sub>2<\/sub>O augmentent dans le m\u00eame sens, t\u00e9moignant d\u2019apports de fluides magmatiques profonds plus r\u00e9duits que les fluides superficiels. He augmente aussi, ainsi que les rapports He\/C et S\/C.
